RAPTOR 90 G4.1 FBL-Thunder Tiger

Making the perfect nitro heli even better
The G4.1 builds on the excellent design and flight characteristics of the Raptor 90 G4, and incorporates several upgrades that improve overall performance. The G4.1 has re-engineered carbon frames that allow for use with big block heli engines such as the TT Redline 100H and the O.S. 105HZ. A 115-tooth main gear is available separately that optimizes the O.S. 105HZ's RPM range to take advantage of its power band. Thicker blade grip plates and longer posts improve the geometry of the control system and the precision of the cyclic pitch control.

Improvements over the Raptor 90 G4

  • Thicker blade grip plates with longer posts to improve cyclic pitch precision and geometry.
  • Carbon fiber frames designed to accept the optional 115T main gear (TTRE3169), which allows for use with the O.S. 105HZ engine. A 111-tooth main gear is included.
  • Main bearing block has been reinforced.
  • Control arms have been improved, and still feature the Quick Calibration System.
  • A one-piece, machined aluminum tail case and 2mm carbon fiber vertical fin are included.
  • Canopy is an eye-catching red color.

The blade grip plates are thicker with longer posts, to improve geometry and cyclic pitch precision. The Quick Calibration System makes for quick and easy setup of the control arms and swashplate. The main bearing block has been reinforced.

A one-piece, machined aluminum tail rotor case and 2mm carbon fiber vertical fin are included.

An all-metal rotor head and control system increase the Raptor G4.1's durability.

The 15mm hardened main shaft is hollow, to decrease overall weight.
